Request to donors who donate:
As per Income Tax guidelines kindly provide any one of the following documents during fund transfer:

CHES Banking Details Local fund transfer

  1. PAN card scanned copy or number
  2. Aadhar Card scanned copy or number
  3. Driving license scanned copy or number

For donors who need 10BE:

  1. To qualify for tax exemption on your donations, you need to obtain a 10BE.
  2. This can be done by filing your 80G claims for donations made during the Financial Year (FY). [80G certificate isĀ a certificate that is granted to certain not-for-profit organizations by the income tax department, granting their donors the ability to avail of a tax deduction on donations].
  3. You can get your 10BE for donations made only for last year and not the previous years.
  4. You will get your 10BE for the current year only after the financial year ends to give an example : if you made donations between April 2023 and March 2024 (FY 2023-24), you will get your 10BE by 31st May 2024, provided you need to claim the 80G for these donations.
  5. Please note that you cannot claim 80G for donations made for the previous year. To quote an example: for donations made between April 2022 and March 2023 (FY 2022-23) anymore as the window for claiming it has closed.Ā

1. Food sponsorship

Food sponsorship [ Food sponsorships can be given for any reason like Birthday celebrations, Wedding Day or anniversary, Remembrance Day etc;]. Food cost calculated based on number of children enrolled and staffs on duty.

  • Breakfast : Rs.2500.00
  • Lunch/Dinner : Rs.5000.00 [Routine vegetarian food]
    Rs. 6000.00 [Sweet with Ice cream or fruit or Vada]
    Rs. 7500.00 [for non-Veg food]
  • Full day meal : Rs.14500.00[for veg food]
    Rs.16000.00 [lunch Non veg]

2. Education support

Annual Educational cost for a child at Government school and College

  • Primary Class level cost ā€“ Rs. 3,500/-
    Secondary class level cost ā€“ Rs. 6,500/-
    Higher secondary level cost ā€“ Rs. 8,500/-
  • UG : Rs.60,000 for 3 years [ Rs.20,000 per year]
    PG : Rs.50,000 for 2 years [ Rs.25,000 per year]
    Vocational skill training : 20,000 per year per student
    Professional courses
    like BSc Nursing or Visual Communication : Rs.80,000 per year

3. Special medical support

Based on individualized child and its condition

4. Annual Picnic or educational tour :

  • Local : Rs.10,000.00
  • Out station [3 days] : Rs. 1,00,000.00

5. Celebrations of Birthday / Festivals/ National days of importance

  • Birthday of a child : Rs. 4000.00
  • National days : Rs. 2000.00
  • Festivals days : Rs. 50,000.00
